Summer Internship Program For female teens who are 15 years of age and up are invited to come and participate in a program designed to teach leadership skills, build teamwork, and give opportunities for skill development and personal growth.
Will I get hired the following year?
It is our hope to hire Interns for the next summer (must be 18 years of age). It depends on how well you do in the program, how well you interact with campers and other staff, and what area(s) of camp that you have demonstrated skill. Riding and overnight counselors must be 18 years old at the start of the summer. The more skills and interests applicants have, the more likely to be hired. It also depends to some extent on how many returning interns are interested

Riding Internship or Adult Volunteer Program
Adult Program is opportunity to receive discounts for lessons/riding to those that qualify. This position is great for someone who wants to enhance their skills with horses is unable to afford the cost of riding/leasing a horse. It is our goal to teach younger students about the importance of responsibility, in a simulation of a real-life work experience.

Summer & Year-Round Employment Positions
Summer Employment Opportunity: We are looking to fill a few positions:
Summer Instructor/Wrangler Ranch Counselor : (Female 18yr & up)
Ranch Riding Instructor (Female) must have extensive knowledge of horse care, riding/safety and be able to communicate effectively to campers. Applicants should also be comfortable teaching riding lessons from beginner through intermediate/advance students.
Ranch Counselor Position: (Female 18 yr & up)
No horseback riding experience necessary but must be comfortable being around horses & outdoors.
Year-Round Instructor/Wrangler Ranch Counselor : (18yr & up)
- Part-time riding instructors/trainers who are experienced in Western disciplines (cow work, barrel racing, western, etc.).
- Riding Instructor must have extensive knowledge of horse care, riding/safety and be able to communicate effectively to campers. Applicants should also be comfortable teaching riding lessons from beginner through intermediate/advance students.
