What we provide:

• Paddock/Stall option (Paddock area nice well shaded for summer) stall provided during bad weather.
• Or Stall only comes with covered run- fan for summer
• High quality Feed & Coastal Hay (Feed 2 times/day)
• Daily pasture turn-out (accept in bad weather-maybe limited)

• Wash Area for Horses

Boarding Includes:

• Stall and or well shaded paddock area

Riding Areas Included:

• Large arena
• Round pen
• Trail ride areas
• When needed use of arena items: barrels, poles, cones etc.
• Great trail riding areas off property!

Some of the Requirements:

• The boarder agrees to volunteer 1-2 time per week at the stable (typically 1.5-2 hrs.) and at times maybe little more during travel seasons/holidays for example. (We would plan of time unless it is an emergency or something unexpected) -On occasion boarder may not be able come due sickness, travel etc. -
• Keep up health your horse: Regular Shoeing or Trimming, Vet check as needed, Chiropractic as needed, Check worms yearly & treat only if vet recommend
• Ranch will provide a list of general barn/ranch rules: Some examples: cleaning up after yourself/horses, riding & safety rules etc.
• Signed Contract & Policies
• Lessons required- Adults (typically 1-2/month), Youth (2-3/month). (Lesson fees are separate from the boarding cost)
  

Farrier & Vet, Horse Chiropractor (Come to Ranch)

• Keep up health your horse:
  • Regular Shoeing or Trimming
  • Vet check as needed
  • Chiropractic as needed, etc.

Horse qualifies to be used lightly in our riding program (Credit will be applied to boarding)- provide more info after you apply
