Teen Summer Leadership Intern Program (15-17yr)

For the first time Teen Intern, teens will be required to volunteer and train for several weeks prior to the start of the program. All interns plan to work on all summer programs in June, and the Overnight Clinic-Camp. If the Intern is successful in the program, she may be invited to stay for additional time during the summer season.

Will I be hired the following year?
It is our hope to hire Teen Intern for the next summer. It depends on how well you do in the Intern program, how well you interact with students and other staff, and what area(s) of ranch that you have demonstrated skill. Riding and overnight wranglers or counselors must be 18 years old at the start of the summer..
